This site lets you send an enquiry without obligation. Nothing is paid and no contract is made. Zlatko Begović replies with availability and the price; you agree your stay directly with him.

When you visit the site
The site runs on Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you open a page, Netlify processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against misuse. For transfers to the USA, Netlify and Google rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on EU standard contractual clauses. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts, images and videos are served from the same server. Your browser only stores the language you chose.
When you send an enquiry
We process the details from the form: name, email address, phone number (optional), travel dates, number of guests, preferred apartment, reply language and your message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to prepare your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The enquiry is stored at Netlify and forwarded by email to Zlatko Begović and to the property’s mailbox (stayporec@gmail.com, Google). We keep the details for as long as they are needed for your enquiry and stay, or as required by law.
Availability calendar
To avoid double bookings, we compare booked dates with booking platforms. Only date ranges are exchanged, no names or contact details.
Review after your stay
If you booked directly with us, we send you one email on your departure day asking for a review (legitimate interest in feedback from our guests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time; a short reply is enough. If you write a review, we publish it on this site with the name you chose, the optional place you come from, the apartment and the month of your stay (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to zbegovic@icloud.com; we will then remove the review.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to zbegovic@icloud.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Croatia this is the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP).
Guest reviews
The reviews on this site come from Szallas.hu. We show the overall score and the latest reviews as Szallas.hu publishes them, translated and without names. We do not check the individual reviews ourselves.
In addition, guests write reviews directly on stayporec.com. Only guests after a confirmed stay are invited, through a personal link that works exactly once. We publish all of these reviews; we only hide unlawful or offensive content.
